The Flipping Point
My Story
If you believe it you can achieve it. I believe this to be accurate but it has been my experience that many athletes in this sport are rushed and struggle through skills. There isn't much if any emphasis placed on understanding and mastery of skills and conditioning. Once you can throw it then it is acceptable. I believe this is a major contributing factor to injuries and athlete regression and the then the need to reteach skills. This often leads to unneeded frustration and lack of progression. I believe through a concentrated effort on training the body and mind this myriad of difficulties usually experienced can be reduced.
It is my goal to elevate each individual athlete to level of excellence that they can be proud of. I believe every goal to be achievable through hard work and perseverance. There is nothing that is outside the reach of a determined and committed athlete. By guiding and training these attributes amazing things can be accomplished. There are no impossibles, only difficult tasks that will become the stepping stones towards greatness. No matter what the starting position or ability progress is always possible. Each goal reached even the little ones is a reminder that you are no longer in the place you started.
“There is nothing impossible to him who will try.”
